Look, I understand times are tough, but... We ordered the deluxe pho and the sampler appetizers. Sampler promised four dumplings (we knew these are the same you get from the grocery store), crab rangoons, and "two pieces of spring rolls" (meaning a whole spring roll cut in half). The pho promised to be a typical deluxe pho with tendons and tripe. We paid extra for meatballs. The sampler missed the spring roll and that was resolved with a phone call. The Pho was bad enough for me to make this review. Like I said, I recognize that times are tough. But you can't make up for everything but the meatballs and a clump of brisket missing by overloading the takeout container with overcooked noodles. The broth tastes like the one I make at home with instant seasoning. It hits the spot. And I'm grateful I didn't have to cook. In summation, too many overcooked noodles in anything that uses noodles as an ingredient were used to make up for what I'm guessing are supply chain issues, but the cost is still the same as if the expensive ingredients were present. Very disappointing. I hope things on the supply chain front get better for this business soon.

Best place in town to get some fried rice. She always pours love into the food and is always friendly

Love their food. Everything is always fresh. I love the #4 spring roll, #15 chicken cabbage salad. Their wontons are good, as well as their dumplings. My husband loves everything.

My wife and I have eaten here 4 or 5 times and the food is always great with lots of flavor. The pork spring rolls are fresh and the sauce is nice. The place is clean but kind of small with out a lot of extras. The service is good and very polite but can be a little short handed when the place fills up.

I love the that this family owned restaurant takes time for family and to revisit their local cuisine to bring us the best authentic tastes.

Pricey but food is always very good and healthy

Had a fabulous meal with tofu and lemongrass. Also had a great conversation with the owner. Turns out my suspicions were right...he studied for his chef's credentials from the world famous Cordon Bleu school. He sources the fresh lemongrass from a local garden and some from an Asian market in Tucson. The restaurant serves many people from the nearby army Ft. Huachuca, some of whom have served in the US Army in Vietnam. They seem to know the best in the area. The owner travels to Vietnam to bring back the best recipes from his land of origin. I'll be back to Indochine many more times for sure!
